Food businesses are being invited to participate in a new initiative aimed at raising food safety standards.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture is launching its 'Safer Food, Better Business' workshop at the Knockaloe Classroom, in Patrick, on Thursday 13 February.
The sessions will cover safe methods for cooking, hygienic food preparation, cleaning schedules and readiness for inspections.
