The Island's financial regulator says it's made a number of changes to regulations for insurance companies - to make sure they stay competitive.
The Financial Services Authority says the changes have been aimed at captive insurers and insurance special purpose vehicles.
Updated regulations will support fast-track authorisations and regulatory sandboxing for the industry.
The new rules came into effect on Monday, June 30.
