Zurich International has launched a free online ‘Wellbeing Toolkit’.
It offers information specifically designed to help residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The toolkit - available at Zurichinternational.com/wellbeing contains tips on how to look after your own mental health and wellbeing and assist in supporting their families, friends, and work colleagues.
There are resources for Zurich International’s customers, plus practical advice for both employers and employees and includes content from the likes of Isle Listen and Cruse Bereavement Care.
The site is available to all and will be updated regularly.
