A YouTuber from the Isle of Man has posted footage online as he explores the ruins of Summerland.
The Razor Twisted Exploring channel posted the video this morning, showing Christopher Maybury entering the site through a hole in security fencing.
He then climbs through the ruins at the end of Douglas Promenade as he tells the story of how 50 people lost their lives and 80 more were seriously injured during a fire in August 1973.
It's the latest in a series of videos showing him exploring abandoned sites on the Island.
