Students from the Isle of Man have been selected to compete at the world's largest competition for young linguists.
Eight pupils will travel to Dublin for the International Linguistics Olympiad this summer.
It's the fifth time the Island has been represented in the competition which encourages people to develop their analytical and problem solving skills.
The students - from Ballakermeen, Ramsey Grammar, St Ninian's and King William's College - will compete between July 30th and August 5th.
