A trio of sports stars were on hand at the latest workshop by Isle of Man Sport Aid Academy aimed at taking young athletes to the next level.
Olympic snowboarder, Zoe Gillings-Brier; former World Youth 400-metre medallist, Catherine Reid and professional golfer, Tom Gandy, offered advice and spoke of their experiences as part of the event.
IOM Sport Aid's Sports Performance Co-ordinator, Chris Quine, says the progress being seen in those taking part is 'very rewarding'.
The programme is sponsored by Island-based companies SMP Partners and Newfield.
