14 new homes could be built next to an iconic pub on the TT course if planning is approved.
A planning application made by Foxfield Ltd. says the proposed bungalows are in response to the need for more affordable housing on the Island.
The site, next to the Ginger Hall Hotel in Sulby, has previously had approval for homes and had several applications made.
If approved, it will provide houses eligible for first-time buyers and includes a play area and open space.
