A yellow weather warning is in place today for frost and ice.
The Met Office issued the warning yesterday at 5pm and it runs until midday on Friday, January 10.
Forecasters say surfaces temperatures could reach below freezing around the Island, so there is a continued risk of ice on damp roads.
In particular, sheltered areas away from coasts are likely to see freezing conditions.
