Ronaldsway Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning about gales today.
The warning runs from 9pm tonight until 4am on Tuesday morning.
Forecasters say the southerly winds will bring gusts of up to 55mph in places across the Island.
They say the winds, which will reach their strongest around midnight, will also bring heavy rain.
