Another yellow weather warning for coastal overtopping has been issued for later today.
Ronaldway Met Office says the warning will run from 3pm until 3am tomorrow.
Strong south-southwesterly winds approaching gale force could bring waves washing over roads at high tides - which will be at 1.15pm this afternoon and 1.30am on Thursday morning.
Worst-affected areas will be Douglas, Laxey, Castletown and Ramsey promenades.
