A local group will gather this week to remember those who have taken their own lives.
'Bereaved by Suicide Isle of Man' will meet this Saturday (September 10) at The Shed in Laxey to honour this year's World Suicide Prevention Day.
According to the World Health Organisation - It's estimated 703,000 people take their life around the world annually.
The group says everyone is welcome to join them this Saturday at 5pm to celebrate and remember those who have lost their lives to Suicide.
People are also invited to share photos and light a candle to remember friends and family.
The evening will finish with a dip in the sea for those brave enough, so those interested are asked to bring a towel and warm clothing.
