Firefighers rescued a man who got stuck 50 foot in the air on a mobile platform today.
At around 10.30am a worker in Peel was operating a cherry picker machine when it went into 'lockout' leaving him stuck on the cage.
A specialist team from Douglas Fire Station, and a pump and aerial appliance from Peel, were sent to the scene to help rescue the man rescuing him in 15 minutes.
