Work still needs to be done to improve patient safety on the Isle of Man - three years after a public inquiry recommended a raft of changes.
The Department of Health and Social Care will update Tynwald next week about the progress it's made following failings at the Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust in 2010.
The UK inquiry, which took place in 2013, proposed 290 recommendations - the report from it was picked up by the department which found 233 were relevant to the Island.
One of the recommendations under discussion is whether additional regulation of health and care services is required.
