A bowling club in Port Erin could be demolished under new plans.
A planning application has been submitted to demolish the clubhouse in Breagle Glen on St Marys Road.
In its place, a replacement would be built - and a separate application has been lodged for new signs.
No documents about either application have been uploaded to the government's planning website.
