Onchan commissioners say they're owed more than £59,000 in rent arrears.
At its last meeting the local authority heard reports about the money owed for social housing, garages and commercial premises.
Those in commissioners' housing owe £37,429, while commercial tenants owe £20,790 and those renting garages are £943 behind.
The local authority heard its officers are actively managing the arrears.
