Part of a street in Douglas will be closed as work starts on a new Premier Inn this month.
In October, developer Dandara Commercial won permission for an 85-bedroom hotel with restaurant and bar on a private car park behind Marks and Spencer in Market Street.
Part of Market Street will close on January 21, with the one-way system suspended for the rest of the route.
The work is expected to take until July 20 to complete.
