Island-based actor John Rhys-Davies has been caught on camera making a wedding proposal extra-special for two fans of Lord of the Rings.
The star, who played Gimli the Dwarf in the movies, was at a fan convention in Vancouver when he teamed up with businessman Matthew Purdy.
Matthew wanted help proposing to his long-time partner Kimberley Chalmers.
And Gimli, who was only too happy to join in, was featured in an Instagram video:
