The Island's Trades Union Council says the ball is now in the Department of Infrastructure's court when it comes to more industrial action on the buses.
On Facebook, it says the last 10 days of strike action - which comes to an end today - saw around 90 per cent of buses called off.
It says its drivers live and work in the affected communities, and don't want disruption.
But with more weekend strikes planned, it says returning services to normal requires the DOI to engage properly and reach a fair agreement.
