The Island's registrar says the company behind the Island's women's refuge has been dissolved.
Earlier this year, the safe house for women who'd been subjected to domestic abuse closed, with those behind it saying new laws were so successful it wasn't needed any more.
In September, it said it would close after 30 years because it hadn't had a single woman in more than a year.
Now, the Women's Refuge Isle of Man company has been dissolved.
