A former company director has been awarded more than £25,000 after the firm she worked for didn't pay her for more than six months.
Jodie Hazell took CDAX Ltd of Hope Street to a tribunal after she resigned in January - the hearing was told the company had financial difficulties and hadn't paid her between October 2024 and April 2025, when she left.
Chairman Douglas Stewart also heard the company, which had run out of money, hadn't given her payslips as required by law.
He told the company to pay £11,250 for unlawful deductions and £3,240 in compensation - on top of £10,679 awarded at an earlier hearing.
