A woman’s walked free from court after a fraud charge against her was dropped by the prosecution.
Natasha Danielle Moore of Main Road in Colby appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Graeme Cook at Douglas Courthouse.
The 23 year old had been charged with fraud by false representation in October last year, but prosecutor James Robinson said there was no realistic prospect of a conviction.
He withdrew the charge and Miss Moore was awarded costs of £250 plus VAT.
