A Douglas woman has denied a benefit fraud which is said to have netted her almost £10,000.
28 year old India Hough of Governor's Hill pleaded not guilty to failing to declare a change in her circumstances between July 2023 and January this year.
It's alleged she didn't tell staff her partner was living with her, leading to her being overpaid £9,676.
Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood bailed her until she appears again at a pre-trial review hearing on July 16.
