Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident outside a shop in Douglas.
Officers say an altercation happened between a man and two children who asked for "penny for the guy".
It took place at 9pm on Sunday, October 30 outside the Co-Op on Prospect Terrace.
Police ask anyone with information to contact Police Headquarters.
