Police are asking for witnesses to come forward after an incident on the Island's roads this week.
The Eastern Neighbourhood Policing Team says it happened at around 8.30am on Tuesday.
A silver car was involved in a minor collision at Fort North Roundabout and officers are asking the driver to come forward.
