Gale force winds means two of today’s Steam Packet sailings have been cancelled and a third’s under threat.
The company says the Ben-my-Chree’s 8.45am sailing to Heysham has been called off, as has her return trip at 2.15pm.
The Steam Packet says it’s because of a rapid deterioration in the weather forecast for later today.
An update on the 7.45pm sailing is expected at around 5pm today.
