Workers at the Eastern Civic Amenity site may soon have body-worn cameras at the site.
A meeting of the capital's council next Wednesday will consider a report from the Eastern district Civic Amenity Site's Joint Committee.
The report says the site is looking at equipping staff with the cameras after the council said it hoped to give them to its city wardens.
If the Island's information commissioner gives the go-ahead, the site says it plans to buy the cameras for its workers.
