An area of south Ramsey could see investment despite the fact that its future hangs in the balance.
Ramsey Town Commissioners are working with local swimming groups and business owners to identify a suitable spot for a changing shelter on the south promenade; but with a marina proposal in the works, is it sensible to spend money on facilities which could be bulldozed in the not-too-distant future?
