MHK Jason Moorhouse is set to ask the Chief Minister for a statement in the House of Keys on Tuesday.
He wants to know what engagement has taken place with the applicants of the development.
The project would mean the building of two wind farms in areas of the Irish Sea, potentially blocking Steam Packet routes.
The House sits at 10am tomorrow morning.
