What powers does the government have when it comes to running civic amenity sites?
That's what Peel and Glenfaba MHK Kate Lord Brennan wants to know, having tabled a Tynwald question for written reply to Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall.
She's asking what power the DOI has to operate tips and their boards around the Island, as well as what powers it's planning to have in the future.
The minister has until Tuesday, February 3 to respond.
