Peel commissioners have confirmed the town's fireworks display has now been rescheduled.
Difficulties getting fireworks to the Island were announced by the company behind the display last week.
The sunset city will now hold its celebrations on Wednesday, November 5 from 7pm.
On its Facebook page, the local authority says its display will begin at 7.30pm.
