The Island's under a yellow weather warning for heavy rain today and tonight.
The Met Office says the warning runs from 3pm this afternoon until midday tomorrow.
Persistent heavy rain has been forecast for the rest of today before easing later - more than three inches may fall over higher ground.
The downpours may mean some localised flooding.
