Plans have been submitted to demolish the Waterfall Hotel in Glen Maye and replace it with four terraced houses.
An application was submitted earlier this month outlining the proposals.
The applicant says the building was last used as a business over three years ago, alongside multiple attempts which ended unsuccessfully.
It states "The Waterfall Hotel used to flourish due to the greater flexibility there used to be in the past."
The houses proposed would be for residential purposes.
