Manx Utilities said water supplies are being restored after problems in the Douglas area this morning.
A company spokesman said engineers have isolated the issue and water supplies are being restored.
It comes after a supply problem this morning in some properties in the area of Cronk Y Berry/Glen Park, Governors Hill and Williston.
Manx Utilities has thanked customers for their patience adding: "If anyone has discoloured water after restoration you can run your downstairs cold water tap until it clears".
