Public health officials say a batch of extra-pure cocaine has left a number of people in hospital.
Public Health Isle of Man says there's been a surge in cases at Noble's Hospital and suspects a particularly strong batch of drugs is involved.
It's advising drug users to steer clear, adding symptoms include agitation and chest pain.
And it says if you need medical advice, you should be honest with workers about what you've taken.
