Visitors to the Manx Grand Prix are being reminded to make sure they have travel and health insurance.
Manx Care says UK spectators can get most health care services here free of charge.
However, those from outside the UK can only use emergency services before having to pay.
Manx Care's executive director Oliver Radford says people should have their own insurance to cover all situations.
