Information about the collapse of the TT promotion deal will be kept secret.
The Economic Policy Review Committee will take evidence from a number of civil servants next week - but much of it will be heard in private.
The Tynwald standing committee is investigating the proposed Vision Nine deal which was pulled by the Department of Economic Development last year.
Minister Laurence Skelly and chief executive Mark Lewin will be among those giving evidence on the failed plan which saw the London based company dropped.
MLC David Cretney and motorsport development manager Paul Phillips will also be questioned - as will former CEO Chris Corlett and former deputy chief executive David Ronan.
The group will give some of their evidence in public but the remainder in private.
This will be followed by evidence from the former head of motorsport Trevor Hussey who will give his evidence in public.
The sitting will take place next Wednesday in the Legislative Council Chamber - members of the public are welcome to attend.
