A village's main street is now closed for over a week for road works.
The Department of Infrastructure originally planned to close Port St Mary's High Street yesterday, Monday, December 1.
However, it then announced the closure would be postponed to today - and expected to last until Friday, December 12.
It's to allow for preparation work ahead of the major reconstruction of the High Street, which'll take around six months from Spring.
