Plans for a Viking village in the north of the Island have been unanimously approved.
Chris Hall's eco-friendly project will include a Viking Temple, blacksmith's forge, shop and café on his land in Sandygate.
He said on social media that the planning committee were extremely supportive and don't foresee any more hoops they'll need to jump through.
You can find updates on the plans on the 'Sandygate Viking Project' Facebook page.
