The government wants the opinions of residents on proposed changes to planning procedures.
Officials are consulting on possible alterations to the Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Bill which are subject to the legislation receiving royal assent later this year.
Members of the public are being invited to give their views on several topics including orders to set out how planning applications and amendments are dealt with and on giving more clarity on the powers of the planning committee.
Those wanting to submit their thoughts can do so on the government consultation hub before the deadline on Sunday, September 15.
