Victory for Johnson in thrilling Superbike Classic

David Johnson has emerged victorious in a sensational Superbike Classic TT race this evening.

Johnson takes the spoils after being involved in an exciting battle during the race with Michael Dunlop who retired at Hillberry in the final lap less than two miles from the finish.

As a result, Derek Sheils was able to secure second place whilst third position went to James Hillier.

Meanwhile, Manx riders Conor Cummins and Ryan Kneen had to settle for just outside the podium places finishing fourth and fifth respectively.
