130 sexual abuse victims have been referred to a local charity over the last two years.
Victim Support Isle of Man - an independent island charity offers free and confidential help to victims.
The charity says its provided almost 1,550 support sessions in the last two years.
The organisation has the only qualified Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) on the Island, which every Sexual Assault Centre in the UK would have.
