Suspended Attorney General Stephen Harding should learn his fate today.
Yesterday the jury in his re-trial was dismissed to consider its verdict.
The 52-year-old from Glen Vine is charged with perjury and committing acts against public justice.
His original trial ended in December when the jury then failed to reach a unanimous verdict.
Proceedings are due to start at Douglas Courthouse at 10am.
