The Venture Centre is holding a day of free activities for men to encourage living happy, healthy lives.
Sponsored by Build a Skill and Soul Adventures, the event is taking place for International Men's Day on Sunday November 19.
Scheduled workshops include a cold water dip, paddleboard adventure and mindfulness.
