Police are appealing for information after damage was caused to Kensington Group Practice in Douglas.
It happened sometime between 6pm on Monday November 29 and 3pm on Wednesday December 1 at the practice on Westmoreland Road.
Police said "significant damage was caused to several sky-lights".
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Headquarters.
