Police Need Help From Public to Clampdown on School Ground Vandals
Just a few days into the Summer Holidays there’s already been an act of vandalism to a School Playground.
It was announced last week that the grounds would be open to the public throughout the whole of the Holidays, with a request for users to act responsibly.
In this case vandals destroyed a quantity of playground equipment and broke into a storage shed at Braddan School.
Constable Alan Shimmin has said for it to happen this early on is a real dissapointment.
A call has now gone out to the public to report any instances of vandalism they witness on the School grounds in an effort to help the Police clamp down on those committing the offences:
