One of the capital's best-known hotels is to close after being run by the same family for almost half a century.
The Welbeck Hotel, on Mona Drive, announced the news on Facebook this morning.
The George family, which has run the business for 48 years, says it'll close for the last time on Monday, November 23.
They say the closure comes in an increasingly difficult business climate, and the hotel remains for sale.
