An update on the second phase of a programme to reduce hospital waiting times will be laid before Tynwald this month.
Manx Care's 'Restoration and Recovery' plan aims to reduce waiting lists for some procedures by partnering with a UK provider.
Over 1,400 surgeries have been delivered as part of the second phase so far, which has focused on orthopaedic, ophthalmology and general surgery.
There has also been a 26% reduction in waiting times.
By the end of April, over half of the programme was expected to have been delivered.
