An announcement about the future of air routes to and from the Island is expected next week.
The Chief Minister has confirmed government is in talks with operators concerning flights to Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham.
They were previously run by Flybe - which went into administration earlier this week.
Flybe made up nearly 50 per cent of the flights to and from the Island.
