The Island's Trades Union Council has hit out at government on day seven of the bus strike.
On Facebook, it says the Department of Infrastructure has gone quiet about the dispute with drivers over wages and contracts.
It says it hasn't received an offer from Bus Vannin since Tuesday - and says 'silence is not negotiation'.
And it adds the strike could end quickly if there was proper engagement.
