Unemployment stayed level last month, according to the government's latest figures.
305 people were out of work at the end of May, a fall of just six on the month before.
According to the Cabinet Office, it means the Island's unemployment rate for May stood at 0.7 per cent - the same as April.
But the International Labour Organisation estimates 750 people were unemployed over the month, giving an unemployment rate of 1.8 per cent.
